St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace

Oakwood Homes was proud to be the official builder of the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace House. Together with our incredible trade partners we banded together to build a home with a foundation of kindness and generosity.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the sale of this home was donated to St. Jude in their mission to fight childhood cancer and other devastating diseases. Built with the support of national and local partners, this home was located in SpringHouse Village in South Jordan, UT.
