We’re humbled to be part of a transformative new redevelopment effort in Lakewood that will bring much-needed housing and community resources to state-owned land along 17th Avenue and Pierce Street. In partnership with Elevation Community Land Trust and Metro West Housing Solutions, this 11-acre project will deliver a mix of attainable for-sale homes, income-restricted apartments, and a community building designed to serve residents with childcare and creative space.
