The Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA) announced the winners of the People’s Choice Awards and the Industry Awards of Excellence for the 2015 Parade of Homes. Twenty-four builders presented 32 homes dispersed among 21 communities for the 61st Annual Parade of Homes.
