Oakwood Homebuyers Club is a free service designed to help you achieve your goal of homeownership.
As much as we build up new housing, we’re equally committed to tearing down the barriers that keep you from owning the home you’ve always wanted. We believe families need room to play, renters need a pathway to homeownership, and everyone deserves a place to call their own. With the Oakwood Homebuyers Club, we’re here to provide the resources you need to get into a new home.
This free program was the first of its kind in the Denver Metro area and it continues to be one of the most successful. Every year, hundreds of Homebuyers Club members clear the path to purchase their dream home. We’re proud that this free program is now available in all of our markets in Arizona, Colorado, and Utah to continue making the dream of homeownership a reality.
The 5 Steps of Homebuyers Club
Our Homebuyers Club guides you from where you are
to where you want to be—with expert support every step of the way.
1. Complete Application
We will send you a secure online application for you to complete as well as schedule a convenient time to meet with one of our Dream Makers.
2. Meet Your Dream Makers
Work with your Dream Maker to determine the community that best fits your needs, and we will connect you with our preferred lender to start the pre-qualifying process.
3. Complete Your Purchase Agreement
Complete a Purchase Agreement on your new home, as you continue to work with your Dream Maker to improve credit and overall financial situation.
4. Start Construction
You will participate in a variety of construction meetings along the way. See your dream home built from the ground up, just the way you envisioned it.
5. Grab Your Keys!
Take the keys to your new Oakwood home. Congratulations on your big day!
