In an effort to make things as clear as possible, and consistent with all of our homeowners, please refer to your copy of the Home Builder’s Limited Warranty booklet located in the Homeowner Guidebook.
If you have a question or concern, begin by reviewing the Homeowner Guidebook for your state. The Home Information, Home Warranty and Home Maintenance Sections will answer many of the day-to-day questions you might have.
